Tired of tiny inner-city rentals and splitting the distance between their jobs in Manhattan and Philadelphia, Ashley and Brad have relocated to prestigious Princeton and are now hoping to buy a spacious family-friendly home on a sprawling, manicured lot. Enter real estate expert Sandra Rinomato. She promises to find them a gracious property with all the comforts of home. But will their dream home vision measure up to the market reality?
